Shipping policy

Shipping & Fulfillment

Every piece is packed and shipped straight out of Santa Cruz.

Flat Rate Shipping

• $8 Flat Rate on all domestic orders.

• Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

• Expect delivery within 3–5 business days once your package hits the road.

Fulfillment Timing

• Orders are packaged and out the door within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• As soon as your shipping label prints, a tracking link hits your inbox. Carrier tracking scans usually update within 24–48 hours.

Address Check & Order Changes

• Double-check your shipping info before confirming your order. Once fulfillment starts rolling, we cannot alter shipping destinations.

• Track your delivery directly through the link in your dispatch email.

Transit & Delivery Notes

• Once handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.

• Super Swell is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing or are stolen off porches. Check with neighbors, front desks, or side gates if something goes missing.

• If a package goes completely silent in transit, drop us a line at hello@superswellsurf.com and we’ll help track it down with the carrier.
